Everything started after Justin received a bunch of negative comments from fans and even his ex-girlfriends Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin on Instagram pictures featuring his new rumoured girlfriend, Lionel Richie’s 17-year-old model daughter Sofia Richie. The pop star singer threatened to make his Instagram account private if fans didn’t stop hating on Sofia.
“I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate. This is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like.” – Justin Bieber wrote.
Unfortunately, the pop star took a further step on Monday night and moments after switching his account with 77.8 million followers to private he shut it down.
