Lottie prioritizes sleep. "What time do I wake up? I wish I could say something productive, but it honestly depends," she told Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes I wake up at 9 and get on with my day. Sometimes I'll stay there until 2 in the afternoon and have a bed day. I tend to lie around for a bit. I prefer to take my time in the morning and just have a chill. When I'm not working it's nice to have some downtime and not have to stress about getting up."

Lottie satisfies her cravings, even when her food choices aren't exactly traditional. "For breakfast, I'll usually have hard-boiled eggs, some grainy bread, and salmon. I eat so much salmon," she told Harper's Bazaar. Wild salmon is a nutritious and delicious type of fish that has a number of potential health benefits. Some of the potential health benefits of wild salmon include:

  • Heart health: Wild salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to improve heart health by reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the risk of heart disease.
  • Brain health: Omega-3 fatty acids may also benefit brain health by improving cognitive function and reducing the risk of age-related mental decline.
  • Cancer prevention: Wild salmon is a good source of antioxidants, which can help protect against cell damage and potentially reduce the risk of cancer.
  • Weight management: Wild salmon is a high-protein, low-calorie food that may help with weight management.
  • Bone health: Wild salmon is also a good source of vitamin D, which is important for bone health and may help reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
  • It's important to note that the potential health benefits of wild salmon may vary depending on the specific type of salmon and the way it is prepared. Wild salmon is generally considered to be a healthier choice than farmed salmon, as it is typically lower in contaminants and higher in nutrients.

Lottie relies on three exercise sessions with her personal trainer per week. "We do a lot of burpees, even though I hate them. Then we'll do some boxing and skipping rope, which I like because it doesn't feel like you're working out. They're actually fun to do," she told Harper's Bazaar. "Now I only work out with my trainer, because he is amazing—he knows that if you force it, it's not going to work. He lets me come to him."

Lottie's diet focuses on eating protein, healthy fats, veggies, and carbs. For lunch she likes rice or stir-fry. "I also like soups or chicken." She also snacks healthy. "And I carry nuts with me; I'm obsessed with nuts. Pistachios, peanuts—I love them," she said. Sushi and Italian are her top dinner choices. "I can literally go for anything: seafood risotto, linguine… I even like the occasional pizza, but keep that on the down low. The one food I'm not a fan of is Chinese. It's the only thing I don't like, and of course that's what everyone wants to get if we're ordering takeout," she added to Harper's Bazaar.

Lottie has done a lot of work on herself and dealt with anxiety struggles. "I have never been happier mentally, I've struggled a lot in the last few years with myself and anxiety and other things. Right now is the first time I have ever put myself first and actually worked on myself to make sure I get the best out of my life and am actually feeling like the best and truest version of myself! And I love her!"
